Based on strict criteria and checks carried out by anonymous inspectors, they allow to enter the group of those awarded only to the best restaurants and hotels.

Castle Restaurant Refektarz went to issue guide for 2017 and 2018.Awarded by Gault & Millau "hats" are, next to "Michelin stars", the most prestigious culinary award.


Reviewing the Refektarz Restaurant, the experts of the yellow guide drew attention to the talent of our chef Ireneusz Koniuszek. As they have rightly pointed out, he add many lightness and modernity to traditional dishes. Gault & Millau inspectors visited over 800 locations throughout Poland. So far, they rated restaurants, among others in France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Hungary and Australia. Poland is the tenth country in the world where the guide is issued. Based on rigorous criteria and checks carried out by anonymous inspectors, they allow you to enter the group of those awarded only to the best restaurants and hotels.
