In September, we invite you to enjoy exceptional sauna sessions led by our resident Sauna Master, Mateusz. Full of energy, passion, and positive spirit, he will make sure that every session is a unique experience.

On event days, participants may use the swimming pool area and Saunarium until 10:00 PM.
Price
Hotel Zamek Ryn guests – free admission; registration at the SPA reception is required
Non-hotel guests – PLN 79 per person
The price includes:
- unlimited access to the swimming pool area and Saunarium during the event,
- participation in the sauna sessions,
- towels,
- a sauna robe.

What is a sauna ceremony?
Each session is a carefully prepared ritual combining heat, natural aromas, music, and techniques performed by the Sauna Master.
Before the ceremony begins, the Sauna Master explains the principles of proper sauna use and introduces the character of the session.
The ritual begins with water infused with carefully selected natural aromas being poured over hot sauna stones. The Sauna Master then uses special towel or fan techniques to distribute the heat and fragrance throughout the sauna.
Every session is different. We vary the aroma compositions and elements of the ceremony, so each ritual offers a new experience.
Depending on the character of the session, additional elements may include:
- aromatic ice balls,
- natural body scrubs,
- birch twigs,
- additional aromatic and skincare rituals.
Sauna sessions usually last around a dozen minutes. Between sessions, guests can relax, cool down, and enjoy the attractions of the castle wellness area.
More than just a sauna
Right next to the Four Elements Sauna, you will find a snow shower and a cold-water plunge tub.
Throughout the evening, guests can also enjoy the attractions of the Saunarium, including:
- Golden Sea Buckthorn steam bath,
- Herbal House,
- Bread Sauna,
- swimming pool area,
- two hot tubs.
It is the perfect opportunity to relax between sessions, unwind, and make the most of your evening at SPA Księżnej Anny.
Important information
During the event, the principles of proper sauna etiquette apply.
The Saunarium is a textile-free zone – a towel or sauna robe must be used while in the sauna area.
On event days, the swimming pool area at SPA Księżnej Anny is open until 10:00 PM exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.
